Cancellation Policy
Appointments are secured with a credit card. No-shows will be charged the full amount to the card on file. If you must cancel a booking within 24 hours of your appointment time, your card will be charged 50% of the total service(s) booked.
Late Policy
Clients are given a 15 minute grace period. Arrivals after 30 minutes will be charged the full amount of services booked, regardless of what services can be achieved in the time remaining.
Payment
COTTAGE is a cashless establishment. Gratuities are accepted via credit card or Venmo.
